At Domino’s, we are focused on being a pillar of support for our team members during times of need. The Partners Foundation is a charitable trust established to extend a helping hand to our team members in times of injury, disaster recovery, illness and personal hardship.

The Foundation’s commitment to giving and support continues to grow and plays a vital role in helping team members as they navigate through challenging circumstances. In 2023, the Domino’s Partners Foundation in Australia and New Zealand provided AUD 235,427 in support, while in Germany, the Foundation contributed EUR 12,021 and the Partners Friendship Foundation in Japan generously offered JPY 800,000 in support. We expect other markets to follow suit by establishing their own local Partners Foundations, further strengthening our commitment to supporting our valued team members around the world.
