This annual survey is conducted in all 12 DPE markets across the globe.

Furthermore, Franchise Advisory Councils (FAC) provide a structured forum where franchise partners – elected locally in their own market/region – meet regularly with DPE to voice their thoughts and contribute to overall strategic decision-making processes.

In addition, regular Committee meetings across key areas including Marketing, Product Innovation and Operations are held with franchise partners to offer a platform for transparent communication and alignment on key business objectives.

Lastly, each market holds an annual Rally event to not only motivate and inspire their people, but also strengthen the sense of community and shared purpose among all franchise partners and DPE.
