Domino’s for Good > Our People - Diversity and Inclusion
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
Our workplace supports equal opportunities and non-discrimination
Target: By 2030, Domino’s achieve 40% female, 40% male and 20% of any gender for the Board, Global Leadership Team and regional/market leadership.
At Domino’s, we’ve always been about bringing people closer. Breaking down barriers and connecting communities through the world’s best bonding food: Pizza. We believe that to do this, our business must accurately reflect the communities in which we operate, with employees from all backgrounds and walks of life. Domino’s is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to eliminating discrimination and fostering inclusion throughout the workforce.
Employment at Domino’s is based solely on a person’s merit and professional competence. Domino’s does not discriminate against any employee or applicant because of race, age, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, or any other basis protected by law. Because it’s the differences in who we are, what we’ve experienced, and how we think that makes our business stronger. And more importantly, because it’s the right thing to do.
Our dedication to social responsibility is underscored by our Responsible Sourcing Policy and Human Rights Policy, both of which emphasize human rights as a cornerstone and are closely aligned with our core values at Domino’s and the fundamental principles and Rights at Work of the International Labour Organization (ILO). We aim to protect and promote human rights within our business, with our Business Partners and their upstream value chains, our customers, and the communities in which we operate at all times.
Domino’s is dedicated to proportional gender distribution. The Board and Leadership Team are actively involved in enhancing gender representation, and we regularly review the talent across our business to understand how we can improve our results. We recognise that diversity is a competitive advantage and regularly celebrate the diversity of our team members. Compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act, we transparently report our performance in this area to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.
Domino’s is a member of the "30% Club", whose global mission is to reach at least 30 per cent representation of women boards and executive leadership teams. Domino’s has met and surpassed its target of 30 per cent gender diversity on its Board and we are working to continue to increase female representation across our leadership teams globally.
