COMMUNITY PROSPERITY & LOCAL PARTNERSHIPS

We support the communities in which we operate

Domino’s is a proud supporter of the communities in which we operate. We are passionate about our responsibility to improve the communities and people around us. We make this possible through a number of giving initiatives:

  • Partners Foundation Program – team members support team members in need (Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands, Germany and Japan)

  • Domino’s charities – Domino’s stores play an integral part in their local communities, and we strive to make a difference in the lives of those in need in the communities where we operate. Six of our markets have their own registered charity: our Give for Good charities in Australia and New Zealand, the Dominoid gGmbH charity in Germany, Fondation Domino's in France and the Sanchoku Domino’s Foundation in Japan.

Markets that do not have their own registered charity often work with long-term local partners – usually non-profit organisations – to support local communities. Common areas of focus include youth, entrepreneurship and providing equal employment opportunities for all. A prime example of this type of partnership is our work with the youth-focused non-profit organisation, JINC, in Belgium and The Netherlands.

  • Programs for customers to donate to charitable initiatives, including ‘Round Up for Charity’, where customers can make small donations at the end of the ordering process by rounding up their order amount (Australia, New Zealand, Germany and France).

  • Minds & Meals – our registered charity focused on delivering fresh hope in times of crisis through supporting youth mental health and disaster relief (Australia, New Zealand).

  • Volunteering Days – Domino’s also provides one paid volunteering day per year to Support Office employees to support a charity or not-for-profit in their community during working hours. (Australia, New Zealand and France)

  • Domino’s for Good Day – Together with our franchise partners, we strengthened our commitment to make a difference in our communities by using World Pizza Day on the 9th of February as an opportunity to raise funds for charity together with our franchise partners. Thanks to the generosity of our customers and franchise partners, we raised more than AUD 592,000 globally on this day in 2024, which will help to provide support in the communities where we operate.

  • Fundraisers – In addition to Domino’s for Good Day, most markets and franchise partners regularly initiate local fundraisers (Doughraisers) to support those in need. Some examples for include: UNHCR campaign Germany, Perth Children’s Hospital Australia, Shinlu Foundation’s ‘Basketball Inclusion Event’ Taiwan, Feed the Knead and Flood Doughraiser for New Zealand.
